Ingredients:
-1 cup cottage cheese
-1 honey mango, diced and frozen
-1 banana, sliced and frozen
-1 Tbsp honey
-1 Tbsp shredded coconut (optional)
Directions:
1. Add the cottage cheese, mango chunks (set aside a few to use as topping), banana, and honey to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a small loaf pan or freezer-safe bowl. Top with reserved honey mango pieces, shredded coconut, and an extra drizzle of honey, if desired.
3. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until the nice cream reaches the desired consistency.

Ingredients
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
1 cup frozen strawberries, slightly thawed
1 cup frozen mango, slightly thawed
Directions
In a blender container, place all of the ingredients. Cover and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. Tip: fresh fruit may be used in place of frozen fruit.

It’s definitely a high protein ice cream, and it’s a bit confusing but it’s good if it’s not compare to the regular ice cream’s, as it’s a healthy ice cream option with protein pack
Cottage Cheese Ice Cream Recipe:
Mango - 1 Cup
Cottage Cheese/Paneer - 1 Cup
Honey - 2 Tbsp
I also added some chia seeds, chopped mangoes and biscuits
Blended this 3 ingredients and set it to freeze until it’s set (3-4 hours or overnight)
